Directions:

Note: Before blending these ingredients together, it will be useful to steam and let cool the beet before using your blender. Beets have a thicker skin that is difficult to peel with a hand peeler or knife.

Once the beet is cooled, combine all the ingredients in your blender, starting with the lowest speed and gradually move up to its highest. Blend at the highest speed for at least a minute to break down the flaxseeds completely.
